Somatic Therapy is a gentle therapy using the Somatic Release Method. With this method, you learn to feel through a process called titration. Think of it like turning a tap on slowly—you’re in control of the flow!
After just one or two sessions, my clients have found our sessions deeply transformative. Lots of people come to me after struggling with talking therapies or CBT and notice a vast difference in their nervous system, thoughts and behaviours.
Whilst many people come and see me to support them in managing stress, trauma or their mental health, others come when they’re facing challenges or big opportunities that feel uncomfortable. It can also be used to support manifestation practices!
It’s an incredible therapy, and the results are astounding.
