She runs through the marsh, feet pounding the earth, breath ragged against the night. Mud splashes up her legs as the sound of hooves draws closer. She is not a criminal. This is a witch hunt.

She remembers the women who came before her. The ones who knew the earth’s language, who healed with plants and prayer, who were hunted for their knowing.

And somewhere else, a woman screams, clutching the sheets of her old life as she births the new. The midwife whispers ancient words and the veil between worlds thins. Birth and death dance in the same room, both portals to power.

    So worthwhile - I think we are conditioned to not spend money on our wellbeing and when booking onto things like this, I think we can get a bit eeeek when you see the total price but at just under £50 per session - including the closing circle I think is such great value for money. How I frame it for myself to remind myself that this is so worthwhile - 1 trip to the cinema - minimum £30 - 1 meal out approx £50 - 1 pair of trainers approx £100-£150 - 1 bag of food shopping approx £30 - 1 alchoholic drink approx £6 = 8 drinks - 1 takeaway minimum £20 - 1 30min massage £40-60 - the value for how transformative this can be is fab!

    I think as well the amount of time Emmy gives to us and the mental and spiritual energy she offers makes this such a good value for money.

    The support you receive from both Emmy and the fellow women on the programme is what I enjoyed the most. I wouldn't have suspected that when I signed up but it turns out that the strangers can lift you up more than you imagine. And we all share different but similar stories, as if we were speaking the same language.

    I definitely got what I wanted - a rebirth, an integration, a clearance of some karmic cycles and lifting the weight of things that have been dragging me down but it definitely came at a price. It is not for the light of heart, it was a difficult journey and I have nevr faced myself as much or felt as tired or burned out in my life. But I came out on the other end - different and I wouldn't have it any other way

    100% it was by far the most difficult healing process I have done in my entire life and I will not want to go as deep anytime soon but I see some tangible benefits (better rest, better boundaries, new job?! - closer to my higher self, cutting out some toxic cycles) that would have not been possible without the participation in Underworld Alchemy.

    Where to begin? UA was a complete package of death and rebirth with a whole lot more thrown in! I went in with an open heart and mind to enter the depths of the temple of Anubis and felt transformed by what I saw and felt there, coming out the other side as a different person.

    The somatic work included with the package helps to get a gauge on where your body is at and where it feels safe to go, this helped to allow the meditations to flow at a level you feel you can cope with, some days it’s more than others, but everyone experiences things differently.

    Emmy is an excellent teacher and puts lots of time into what she is talking about in the section before the mediation, explaining the background to rituals and what might come up. The meditations themselves are just chefs kiss the right combination of background and foreground music, not too much talking and plenty time to allow the journey to unfold.

    The month-long journey gave you time to work through anything that came up and time to do the amazing shadow work prompts to dig deeper and clear blockages in your head. There was always plenty of support from Emmy and the other participants in the discord chat and it was nice to share with people what was going on for you as some people had similar experiences.

    I got more than I expected to from UA. I went in open-minded to see where the journey took me, and I saw a whole new way of thinking and being arise within me. I’ve removed blocks and pushed myself forward. I experienced life and death and rebirth during the meditations, and this allowed me to see where in my life I needed to make changes and change how I think for my own personal wellbeing.

Emmy has walked with Anubis her whole life. She was fascinated by Ancient Egypt as a child and felt its call even then. Learning to read Hieroglyphics and understanding the Ancient Death Rites felt right, like a remembering.

Emmy often prefers dogs to humans, and this has always been the case, which now makes sense with the connection to Anubis, the Jackal. Her containers and immersions are carefully curated and always practised on herself before offering to clients. She is committed to harm reduction and reducing distortion in spiritual practices. She has and will turn away clients who need therapeutic or medical support outside her scope of practice.
